"Ordering was easy"
I was relieved by how smooth the checkout process was. It didn’t take long at all, and I really appreciated how clear the options were along the way. The only thing that threw me off a little was not seeing the shipping cost sooner, but overall it was a easy and pleasant experience.

"Really helpful when I messed up my order"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size phone case and didn’t realize it until about an hour later, which was very much a “well, great…” moment.

I messaged Carved support thinking it was going to turn into a whole back-and-forth thing, but they replied quickly and were able to fix it before the case shipped. The message actually felt like a real person wrote it too, not one of those canned replies that just… yeah.

The case showed up perfect, and I’m just relieved they made it so easy. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Really unique and personal"
My phone case turned out way better than I thought it would. The wood and colors are, like, really unique, and adding my initials just made it feel more personal. I’m super happy with it.

"Arrived quicker than expected!"

"Annoyingly good case"
I’ve already dropped my phone twice, which is not my finest work, but the case handled it without any drama. I didn’t expect to be impressed, but it still looks good and feels solid.

"Cool case, but a little too expensive"
I bought a phone case from Carved because I really liked the look of their designs, it does look cool in person. I’ve gotten a couple of compliments on it, so visually, I’m happy with it.

That said, once I actually had it on my phone, I felt like the price was a bit hard to justify. It’s a nice case, but I was expecting it to feel a little more premium for what I paid.
Shipping was totally fine and I didn’t have any issues with the order itself. I just don’t think I’d buy another one unless they were running a big sale.

"Fits well, maybe a little snug"
It fits well, actually, I’d say it’s just a tiny bit tight, but not enough to be a problem. The buttons still work fine and everything feels usable.
